At ARTCADE, we welcome all Creators to join us for a weekend of fun. Whether you are an illustrator, original art artist, fan artist, or a crafter, we would love to have you!

We believe in being open about our selection process. Hence, we have collated a set of guidelines to aid you in your application process.

At ARTCADE, we have a strict curation policy to ensure the quality of our event. Applicants will be evaluated based on a fair set of criteria for final judgement. It is highly recommended for all applicants to refer and adhere to our Application Guidelines to ensure a higher chance of acceptance.

It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure that the application form is filled out in a careful yet timely manner. Special attention should be made to the email and social media fields to ensure no misspellings or errors.

⭐ Quick tips on how to stands out:

✍🏻 Important Factors:

  1. Diversity: We hope to make ARTCADE a space where a wide variety of Creators using or producing a variety of merchandise and art mediums can come together. This will not only benefit the variety of selected Creators, but also the attendees of our event.
  2. Quality: Your application and portfolio should display a level of care and clarity in your skills. This will help ensure that you are able to bring quality products and works to ARTCADE.
  3. What You Sell: ARTCADE is primarily an art market that focuses on displaying and selling merchandise created and produced by Creators. We seek to ensure that all applicants must have an existing number of products to sell. Having a lack of products may result in a rejection of application.
